Pikes Peak

My friend, Debra, and I hiked Barr Trail to the Summit. Our biggest fear was lightning. We knew we would make it even if it took all day! It was an absolutely beautiful, clear day almost all the way to the summit. Wonderful views! A few dark clouds came over when we were on our last mile but we made it to the top about 10 minutes before the hail, sleet and snow started. It was a day to remember.
