Description
Mount Darwin is situated at the head of the great Tasman Glacier in the Mount Cook Westland National Park, South Island of New Zealand. Its West Ridge is a long but easy climb gained from the neve feeding the Tasman Glacier. It was climbed in 1894. This is the normal ascent and descent route. Grade 2- Alpine.
