Description
Les Droites is a peak rising from the ridge that extends eastward from Aiguille Verte. It is the lowest of the 4000 meter Alpine peaks, barely making the list at exactly 4000 meters. However, this is no small mountain from a climbing perspective. Its sheer north face towers 1600 meters from the Argentière basin, and is famous for its challenging climbing routes.
