Description
Dinamlagan Peak is situated in the Central-West side of Mount Silay. Its East-West summit-ridge is separated by Nagabusay Col from the North-South Silay summit-ridge.
Of the many peaks of Mount Silay, Dinamlagan summit affords the best panoramas of the surrounding landscape.
Although it is close to Barrio Gawahon, a hub of local mountaineers, mountaineering activities in Dinamlagan are sparse. Climbing of Dinamlagan Pk was begun by the Singarong Backpackers in 1998. This Victorias-based club is able to place six mountaineers on the summit through three different climb-routes by 2004.
