Description
The peak is one of the easier peaks in the Hurrungane area of Jotunheimen, and one of the few that is possible to climb without roping. It is mostly an easy, but long walk from Skogadalsbøen, some 1500 meters of height must be done, quite a lot of it on snow fields. Scrambling must be done at a small step, it's easy, safe and just a few meters, at the descend you just jump into the snow underneath the step. The summit ridge is rather narrow, however, so on guided tours, the guide may put out a rope tied to an anchor.
