Mount Meeker

I took the Longs Peak Trail to Chasm Lake, I then went up through the Devil's Gates. I then followed the ridge up to the left (false) summit. I then did the "knife ridge" to the true (right) summit. I then dropped down behind the Keyboard of the Winds, bouldered horizontally across Longs Peak, climbed a rock wall, and suddenly found myself at the home stretch of Longs. I then climbed that to the summit. The biggest hiking day of my life was July 30, 2001.
