Mount Kilimanjaro

Summit day was my birthday, and standing at Uhuru Peak watching a magnificent sunrise was an unforgettable experience. We managed the climb in five days, without experiencing any major symptoms of altitude sickness, though we did take diamox. It was a brilliant climb, and highly recommended, though I haven't yet seen if my pictures have come out. Advise keeping your camera in your pocket!
