Description
Just West of The Pacific Crest. Day Hike from Highland Lakes. ~1300 feet of elevation gain (start @ ~8600 feet). Roundtrip 5-7 miles. No established routes to the summit. Greeted with spectacular views, to the West Mount Dialbo(clear day); North Linden, Nevada; East Pacfic Crest and beyond; South Yosemite. This was my favorite summit climb of 2001.
