Description
Rock/snow-ice pyramide. Superb view point on the left bank of Glacier Blanc (White Glacier). Three ridges : N (ice-snow), WSW (shortest, mixed - the usual easiest and "normal" route), ESE (mainly rock), and three faces : S (shortest - rock), NW (ice - in fact a single glacier by itself : Glacier des Agneaux - see picture...), NE the steepest : mixed rock (dominating Arsine Glacier) 700 m. high. Esthetically, the N ridge is the best way to climb this mountain (needs good snow conditions..bare ice often met..!!
