Description
Simple climb, best months to go either when its hot and clear or snowwy in winter. Other times of year it is often raining with poor visibility. Some scrambling required close to the summit, but no gear required. Best to come up from lowest side rather than attempt the extreamly steep routes up the side on slippery grass & moss. Panoramic views of Derwent-water and Keswick from summit, as well as the higher mountains surrounding it. These other mountains look spectacular when storms are brewing around them and well worth a photo.
