Fantastically fun climb for a beginner on a perfect weather day. Great guide service from Shasta Mountain Guides. Good training advice and fine criticism of techniques. In the end, the summit is achieved by willpower and stamina, well worth the effort. I'd be out of my mind to stop here-- higher peaks await!
