Description
A very easy summit; almost reachable by car. It is an antena site beside a secondary road. Starting from Caracas, take the road to Colonia Tovar. After passing El Junquito be aware of an entrance to your right (see map. Ask for the way to the top, leave your car and walk directly to the summit...few meters away. Alto de Pozo Negro is the mayor elevation of Distrito Capital, the main district where Caracas is located...and don´t miss a visit to the touristic town of Colonia Tovar.
