Climbed with my friends Dan, Jay and Shijung, all of us first timer.

Route - Paradise - Camp Muir (camped July 17), traverse right (east) across Cowlitz Glacier, through the middle of Cathedral Gap - Ingrahams Flat (camped and left ~2:30 AM July 18)- traverse right(north) and onto the base of the Disappointment Cleaver - Columbia Crest - and back.

Summit day - ~10 AM July 18, 2010 ~20-30 mph howling wind but clear blue skies.

Awesome time!an experience of a lifetime!
