Gunung Api

The climb was rather technical as the mountain is mostly stone. I remember being on my fours most of the way up (like Spiderman). The initial climb was steep but it got better as we climbed. Halfway through, there's a point called "Mini Pinnacles". It looks exactly like what you would see from the peak so for those who don't make it, this is as close as you get :)

We had to reach the first ladder by 10.30am if I'm not mistaken. From there, there are about 14 ladder to be climbed before reaching the peak. Some ladders are vertical and some are horizontal. I must say, they can be quite scary.

The view from the peak is pretty :) The sights of mist passing by at midday was gorgeous! We took a rather long time to climb down though but it was a worthwhile climb :)
