Mount Shasta

Ascended via the Avalanche Gulch route on a beautiful June morning. Left for the summit from Helen Lake at around 5 AM and made the summit shortly after 10 AM. I recommend taking a basic mountaineering course prior to doing this climb. We had a great course through Shasta Mountain Guides.
