Tajumulco

Beautiful treck. A villager agreed to guide me for a few dollars and we departed at 0730: Initially I felt a bit ridiculous as he was carrying his child´s school-bag, a coke and rain-boots, and I was perfectly equipped for a high altitude treck. It got worse when I developped mountain sickness and he was patiently waiting for me to recover.

I made it in the end and must no doubt recommend this vulcano. The sights are amazing on a clear day.
