Mount Keen

I am chronically asthmatic and diabetic so it was hard even to walk to the base of the mountain. Imagine my horror on seeing 'The Ladder'. I had to rest for half an hour on the ridge before attempting the summit. What a shock to find not one summit, not two - but three! But when I got there, what a wonderful view. It was a magical moment watching an eagle fly several hundred feet below us - all we could hear was the roar of the wind ,and the eagle's cry - until someone's b&**% mobile phone went off.......
