White Mountain Peak

Summit of White Mountain from the south June 1990. Rather than do a 14 mile day hike I decided to camp about 3 1/2 miles into the hike, about 1 1/2 miles above the lower Barcroft facility at about 12,500'. They were just preparing to open the facility for the season and I was given a cup of tea and permission to climb the peak.
