Nez Perce is located in Grand Teton National Park in the central section of the Teton Range called the Cathedral Group. It's about two miles south of the Grand Teton. Nez Perce meltwater drains to the Pacific Ocean via the Snake and Columbia rivers. It's a technical climb to the summit with several varied routes. Refer to "A Climber's Guide to the Teton Range" by Leigh N. Ortenburger for climbing route information on Nez Perce.

Prominence: 461 feet.
