We were on a residential trip to Marle Hall Outdoor Education Centre, the first day our task was to climb this enormous mountain!!It looked really difficult, especially to a group of ten 14 year old girls, but our instructor Ian was amazing and encouraged us. The closer that we got to the summit the more we began to get into it, and marvel at the beauty. The last few meters were very tough and even though we were really tired, we all had to get to the summit and stand on Adams head! One by one we did this, and we all did it safely until one girl did it, and jumped off and sprained her ankle!!Ian had to carry her all the way down this mountain, without her even saying thanks at the end-so Ian, if you read this, you were brill!Thank you for thinking and moving fast and not letting the rest of the group freeze their buns off!!
