Bunker Hill is a high, remote peak in central Nevada. All approaches require steep dirt roads and high clearance vehicles. The mountain is devoid of trails, so all ascents require long, steep cross-country hiking and scrambling. Winter ascents are trecherous due to the remoteness of the area and steep slopes of the upper mountain. Summit views are spectacular, spanning from the distant Sierra Nevada to near the Utah Border.
