Montecaoru

Good alking through a Roman path buildt to dominate this wild Mountains. Populated for centuries by shephers, they make a extraordinary cheese with cow's and goat milk.

Views over nearby mountains and deep valley gorge are impresive. Limestone is predominant all over the way.
