Hire a private 4x4 to Palcoma ($us 180 round trip). In Palcoma, you must cross the river (dry season only)and you can get closer taking a narrow road, uphill on the right side of the Village. The road ends where it has been eroded away and there is a hole. Head up the valley until youb reach Lake Jacha Khasiri , camp at the far end of the lake (5 hrs from Palcoma). From the camp go uphill til you reach the glacier, cross the glaciar and take a quite steep face to get on the ridge that takes you to the summit. Desce:the same.
