Thanks to M. Havick for adding this peak.
This rock spire is just south of Pico La Concha in the Venezuelan Andes. Both peaks are just north of the Travesia, the trail by the which the highest peaks in Venezuela are accessed. La Conchita is only a short scramble from the Travesia, although the last 50 feet contain low 5th class moves. A belay may be needed depending on your climbing skill and acclimatization.
Sorry, we don't currently have the latitude and longitude of Pico La Conchita in our database. Therefore we can't show this peak on a map.
NOTE: Trip reports were previously called "Summit Logs" - same feature, new name

- Log #17056 - by Kevin Alexander Puche Guaderrama on Oct 31, 2003very easy trekking, rock climb... sometimes ice... the real altitude is.. 4.922 mts
- Log #17057 - by walt on July 15, 2002This is a good climb. Be careful, as the Travesia is easy to miss and very cloudy days and bad weather are the norm even during the dry season.
