The Palsfjall (1335m) is a nunatak in the western part of the Vatnajokull glacier. 1874 discovered and climbed W. L. Watts & Pal Palson the "Mount Paul" (Palsfjall). It's not so difficult to climb the mountain, but the difficulty is in reaching of the mountain. The Mountains surrounding area is vulcanicly active, therefore a lot of cracks and channels in the glacier.
