Ha Ling Peak Trip Report (#18049)

A steep trail through forest for 1.5 hours before reaching tree line. You can either take the circular route or attack in a direct line to the summit. Took me just over 2 hours to the top, just over an hour for the descent. Watch yourself at the top as it can be quite windy and it's a long steep drop off the northeast face. Don't throw rocks over this face as there could be climbers. This would make an excellent alternate hike on a less than perfect day for other objectives.
