Very strenuous. Steep all the way. Watch the ridge to the right as you come up the gully. It looks like easier travel and it LOOKS like it heads to the summit - but it dead ends waaaay short of the summit. It is a nice place to stop for lunch though. Stay in the gulley - steep snow in early season, steep, nasty scree in later season. Once you get to the saddle at the top of the gulley look down the south side of the mountain toward the Knik Glacier. Amazing view. Turn right at the saddle and pick your way to the top through the cliff bands. You might see dall sheep.
