Up Worm Flows route. Low snowfall made the approach easy. Put on crampons at 5,300 feet for ease. Real icy from 7,000 feet up. Started with bright blue sky that turned black with approaching storm. Suggest sleeping in Marble Mountain Sno-Park and doing it in one push. 5,600 feet elevation gain in 11 miles roundtrip. Great views of Rainier, Adams, Hood, Jefferson, Sisters and Stuart.
