You can see it from miles away in Simsbury,Ct. Its part of the Simsbury land trust and the highest peak around as it looms at stunning 2189'. The trail to the summit is moderait but, steep. You start at a water fall at the end of Saddle Ridge Dr. once you get to the top of the water fall you get on the "red" trail. Then when you reach the top it is bare. So now you can enjoy the view and if tis nice out you might see Mt. Frissel iooming in the blue haze to the NW.
