We ascended the East face in early August...
It was a great climb...although a long bike ride from the Climber's Ranch. The one part that got a little tricky was trying to stay in the couloir, versus staying just to the right of it. If you are actually IN the gully, visibility is limited, climbing is tricky, and rockfall is an issue. But staying just to the right of the gully made life a lot easier. What a view from the summit! I reccomend this climb to anyone who likes a hard aerobic workout with some scrambling and a very asthetic climax. Also, bring Tylenol for your knees on the way down.
