Rock Roll Peak is at the southern end of the Boulder Mountains near Ketchum and Sun Valley. It sits above Trail Creek and has beautiful views of the Pioneer Mtns, Boulder Mtns and the Lost River Range (home of Borah Peak). The most popular route is the south ridge. To access this drive north from Ketchum on Id 75 to Lake Creek Rd. Follow this road to the FST-125 trailhead. This trail follows an old mining road part of the way to a point below the saddle. A faint trail switchbacks up to the saddle where you gain the south ridge and follow it to the summit. (USGS Rock Roll Canyon)
