Passadumkeag Mountain

Views are possible to the north of Katahdin and peaks in the 100 mile wilderness. To the south the peaks of Acadia are visible. Unfortunately the firetower no longer stands on the summit so the views aren't as good as they once were. Also a giant radio tower is an unattractive sight. Even though the summit is only 1463 feet, it is about a 1200 vertical foot gain depending where you start. A 4wd road reaches the summit from the south. A bushwack reaches the summit from the North.
