Mount Stone is located in the southeast corner of Olympic National Park. Its position in the eastern front of the range makes it prominently visible on the Olympic skyline from as far away as Seattle. Mount Stone can be climbed in one day from the Putvin Trail from Hamma Hamma River Road. The summit block involves a rock scramble to the top.
