An impressive Tower located between Wind Pass and Mount Lougheed. It has a huge north face which overhangs for most the upper portion and is home to a hard technical rock climb called the Iron Butterfly. The standard ascent is of the NE Ridge and it can be easily scrambled on the west side from Wind Pass.
Named in 1950 presumably after Wind Pass and Wind Creek.
