Thanks to Atanas Kumbarov for adding this peak.

Unden is the highest peak in the Satovcha Municipality. It was known as Dikchan, but after World War I there was a dispute between Bulgaria and Greece about some territories on the border. The problem was taken in the Haag where Swedish Professor Östen Undén granted the territories to Bulgaria. These territories span over the Satovcha Municipality area and therefore the local government decided to build a memorial on the highest peak and change its name to Unden.

The peak is covered with centuries old pine and spruce trees.

How to get there? Take the road from Gotse Delchev to Dospat or the other way round. Between the villages of Satovcha and Pletena passes a river (Chechka Bistritsa). Take the road that goes along the river. Follow the signs.
