Kendall Peak is located approximately two miles northeast of Snoqualmie Pass in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness and can be seen from Interstate 90. It is situated east of Commonwealth Creek and west of Gold Creek. The are four rocky summits above Kendall Peak Lakes. While Kendall Peak is not an important climbing objective, it is frequently visited because the Pacific Crest Trail traverses the west slopes of the mountain.
