Main Ridge is a volcanic mountain mass on the island of Tobago, northeast of Trinidad, which is part of the unitary state of Trinidad & Tobago. The range which reaches maximum elevations up to 1,890 feet is volcanic in origin (however there is no volcano in Tobago). This range supports the oldest protective rainforest reserve in the world.
