Mount Shark

Mount Shark is located at the northwest end of the Spray Range directly southeast of Spray Lake. There is a moderate scrambling route which follows the north ridge and is accessed from the Trail to Watridge Lake which is at the end of the Mount Shark/Engadine Lodge road. Take the trail all of the way to Karst Spring then bushwack to the north ridge from there.

It was named in 1917 after the HMS Shark, a destroyer which was sunk during the Battle of Jutland in WWI.
