The Kratzer is a mountain in the Allgäu Alps. It has several summits, the highest of which reaches an altitude of 2427 m. It is located southwest of the Kemptner Hütte. Viewed from Oberstdorf it almost appears like a rock ruin.

There is no marked route leading on summit of the Kratzer. The easiest ascent is from the south. Ascending via the the south requires "sure footedness" (Trittsicherheit) and agility. Due to rock fragility, the difficult climbing routes through the north face of the Kratzer are only rarely done nowadays.
