Streicher, Zenokopf

Streicher and its eastern neighbour summit Zenokopf ( 1604 m/5261 ft)are summits of mountain Kienberg, the eastern part of mountain Rauschberg. These mountains belong to Chiemgauer Alps, an undergroup of the Bavarian pre-alps. The Bavarian pre-alps are an undergroup of the Northern Limestone alps.

Streicher and Zenokopf rise immediately over the plain of Upper Bavaria northern and not far from Berchtesgaden Alps southern. They are a nice view-point for these regions and, too, for part of Salzkammergut mountains eastern and Wilder Kaiser western.

The northern slope is very steep and rocky, the southern slope is a gently pasture.
