Cerro Jankho Huyo is a mountain of Cordillera Real/Negruni group and a reasonably easy climb on rock and snow or ice. From Penas village go through the Khara Khota valley from the road to Guanay up to 5000 mt (apacheta) where the slope begins. From the road,in 3-4 hours,go towards the west to the south-east ridge of the mountain up to the top.
