Mount Timpanogos

This was an AWESOME hike, but man, did I feel it the next day! My suggestion would be to take it slow. The views are gorgeous, there is no need to miss the whole trip staring at the trail going as fast as possible. Take lots of breaks and watch the scenery. You won't regret it later. P.S. If you have that in mind--I'll come with you!
