Cerro Terbi

Featured photo of Cerro Terbi

Part of the Cordillera de Talamanca and within the Parque Nacional Chirripo, this mountain offers stunning views on Cerro Crestones (it passes right by its summit) and its incredible karstique landscape as well as the once glaciated landscape that formed the present valleys. The trail from the Los Crestones Hut is shorter than for other mountains but it is steep. It is 4,6km round trip (but a longer loop is also possible) and the views are very worth it especially in the morning when chances of clear skies are more possible anytime of the year. This hike is a must.
