Went with my younger brother and had a great trip! Started off on a cool, but sunny weekend morning. Not a bad hike.....fairly gently with some steeper areas. We cruised on up, passing several groups before getting to the summitt. The skree rock slopes just about wore us out. Between the skree rock and the tower....climb was fairly easy....larger rocks that give you great footing. Did not feel the last 80 feet was as technical as had been identified. Easily do able without gear....just be careful. Great view of Klamath Basin. Ran into a guy at the summitt who was blind with a guide dog! Awesome for him.....to everyone else.....it can be done.
