While it is indeed one of the easiest 6000m peaks in the world, the climb is pretty monotonous involving scree slope followed by a relatively interesting traverse and two more scree slopes. However the views from the summit more than compensate for the climb and to be honest the most boring parts are done under headlamp. Only advise is to acclimatise first, and more than just a few days in Puno/Cusco. 3 of my group had to drop out just 2 hours from the summit below fatima, which is a real dissapointment after 4 hours climbing. None the less despite the relatively boring 'zig zag' climb it is a great way to get above 6000m and gain wonderful views of Arequipa and El Misti.
