This peak has great views of the main peaks of the eastern Alps. In recent history, you had to cross a glacier to reach the summit. Now this is not longer the case, all glaciers are much smaller now, and via the Krummgampener valley, you can reach the summit fairly easy. When tackled from the other valleys, you have to cross a small-glacier.

    Met almost nobody, probably because of the bad weather. snowfields from 2800m. Fantastic view from the summit; don't fall of the steep west-face!
