A relatively easy climb (made easier by starting at the top of Honister Pass) despite carrying 6-month old son on my back! Visibility over Buttermere was excellent at first and then in a matter of minutes huge black clouds rolled in and we found ourselves in a blizzard! There was a total white-out for about 5 minutes then the cloud passed and the sun came out and as we descended we were treated to spectaular views of snow-covered fells. My son slept throughout - typical!
